Types of Processed Data

Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures involved in the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

These are pieces of information not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.

These data are used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to ensure its proper functioning. They are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, at present, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User

The registration of personal data, including sensitive information, on the dedicated page of the website, aimed at requesting services, accessing reserved areas of the site, subscribing to the newsletter, as well as the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services.

No personal data of users is acquired by the site in this regard.
No use is made of cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor are any persistent cookies of any kind used, i.e., systems for tracking users.
The use of session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user's computer and disappear upon closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of randomly generated numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other potentially prejudicial computer techniques for the privacy of users' navigation and do not allow the acquisition of the user's personally identifiable data.

Voluntariness of Data Provision
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data reported in the service request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts with our offices to request the sending of the newsletter, informational material, or other communications. Failure to provide them may result in the impossibility of obtaining what is requested.

Processing Methods
Personal data is processed using automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect uses, and unauthorized access.

Rights of the Data SubjectsIndividuals to whom the personal data refers have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration or update, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code). Pursuant to the same article, individuals have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
